Police arrested two men tonight in Wan Chai, aged 52 and 50, for murdering an 82-year-old man and wounding his 75-year-old wife in Wong Tai Sin.

Police found the victim unconscious on the floor, while his wife was also unconscious on a bed with head and chest injuries, in Wang Tau Hom Estate, at about 5.37pm on December 13. They were sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he died at 2.09am today.

The couple had been assaulted and robbed of some cash, a mobile phone and other items worth about $20,000.
